Terms and Conditions for PlumbRight Brandon

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, browsing, submitting information through, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit a service request.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements. When you submit a request for a property, business, tenant space, or another person, you represent that you have authority to provide the information and request contact concerning that property or service need.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general plumbing information, service-category guidance, contact information, and a way to submit a plumbing service request. Information on the Site is intended to help visitors describe common symptoms and identify a possible starting point.

Website content is not a diagnosis, inspection, code determination, engineering opinion, safety certification, price quotation, or promise that a particular repair is appropriate. Conditions at a property may differ from the examples described online.

3. Plumbing Service Requests

The Site uses an embedded LeadSmart form and may use telephone or other routing systems to receive and process requests. Information you submit may be sent to one or more potential plumbing or home-service providers for review and follow-up.

A submitted request does not guarantee:

• That a provider is available or will accept the request.
• An appointment, arrival time, same-day response, or after-hours response.
• A particular diagnosis, method, part, price, permit, or repair outcome.
• That a provider serves the exact address or performs every requested service.
• That a provider can complete the work without additional access or supporting trades.

Your Responsibility for Request Information

You agree to provide current and accurate contact, property, access, and service information. Do not impersonate another person, submit a request without authority, provide false urgency, or send unnecessary sensitive information.

4. Calls, Text Messages, Emails, and Electronic Records

When you provide a telephone number, email address, or other contact method, you authorize communications reasonably related to the service request, including questions, availability discussions, scheduling, estimates, service updates, and follow-up.

The LeadSmart form may display its own communication-consent language. Read that language before submitting the form. Where consent is required by law, the wording and choices presented at the time of submission control.

Standard carrier, text, and data charges may apply. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing plumbing service unless clearly and lawfully stated. You may request that non-essential communications stop, although service-related or legally required messages may continue.

You consent to receiving agreements, notices, disclosures, and records electronically when you choose to transact through the Site. You may retain copies by printing or saving the relevant page or communication.

5. Independent Service Providers and Separate Agreements

A provider that receives or responds to a request operates independently and is responsible for its own personnel, credentials, insurance, permits, inspections, pricing, representations, scheduling, safety procedures, contracts, warranties, workmanship, and legal compliance.

PlumbRight Brandon does not control the provider’s assessment or work and is not a party to a separate service contract unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Verify Before Authorizing Work

You are responsible for reviewing and confirming matters important to you, including:

• The provider’s identity, licence status where required, insurance, and qualifications.
• The diagnosis, proposed scope, materials, equipment, access, and testing.
• The price, payment schedule, taxes, fees, exclusions, and possible additional charges.
• Permit, inspection, utility, landlord, owner, association, or property-management requirements.
• Any warranty, guarantee, cancellation, refund, or dispute terms offered by the provider.
• Whether electrical, restoration, roofing, appliance, structural, mold, or other separate work is required.

6. Estimates, Prices, Payments, and Cancellations

The Site does not publish a fixed price for every plumbing problem. Pricing can depend on the diagnosis, access, urgency, parts, equipment, pipe condition, permits, restoration, and other conditions.

Unless the Site expressly states otherwise in writing, payments for plumbing work are made directly under the responding provider’s agreement. Review the full price and scope before authorizing work.

Appointment deposits, diagnostic charges, cancellation fees, refund rules, financing, payment methods, and warranties are controlled by the provider’s disclosed terms. Ask for written clarification before accepting them.

7. Emergencies and Safety

The Site is not an emergency dispatch service, public utility, fire department, law-enforcement agency, medical service, or substitute for calling 911 or the appropriate utility.

Do not wait for an online response when there is fire, suspected gas, immediate danger, electrical exposure, structural collapse, serious injury, or another life-safety emergency. Leave the area when necessary and contact the appropriate emergency or utility service from a safe location.

For an active plumbing problem, avoid standing water near electricity, wastewater contact, unstable ceilings, unknown valves, pressurized equipment, and unsafe DIY work. Stop using connected fixtures during a sewage backup.

8. Acceptable Use of the Site

You may not use the Site to:

• Violate a law, regulation, court order, or another person’s rights.
• Submit false, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or unauthorized requests.
• Interfere with the Site, server, form, phone system, or security controls.
• Introduce malware, automated attacks, scraping systems, or harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to data, accounts, systems, or communications.
• Copy, republish, frame, or commercially exploit Site content without permission.
• Misrepresent an affiliation with PlumbRight Brandon or a service provider.
• Use Site information to spam, solicit, or harass visitors or providers.

Access may be limited or terminated when misuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, or violation of these Terms is reasonably suspected.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site’s original text, layout, graphics, branding, icons, code, and organization are owned by or licensed to the Site operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial evaluation of plumbing information and service options. No ownership right is transferred to you. Third-party names, marks, images, form technology, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may include LeadSmart forms, telephone systems, government resources, provider communications, or links to external websites. Third parties control their own content, availability, privacy, security, contracts, and business practices.

A link, form, or request route does not guarantee endorsement, accuracy, availability, or suitability. Review the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies before using those services.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” PlumbRight Brandon disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

No website statement guarantees that information is complete, current, applicable to a particular property, or sufficient to diagnose or resolve a problem. No statement guarantees the conduct, availability, pricing, qualifications, workmanship, warranty, or outcome of an independent provider.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlumbRight Brandon and persons supporting the Site will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, use, data, business opportunity, property value, or goodwill arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Site.
• Reliance on general website information.
• A delayed, declined, misrouted, or unanswered service request.
• The acts, omissions, pricing, agreements, or work of an independent provider.
• Third-party forms, links, systems, communications, or security incidents.
• Property conditions, damage, contamination, utility issues, or supporting trades.

To the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded, total liability arising from the Site or these Terms will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid directly to the Site operator for the specific Site service giving rise to the claim or 100 U.S. dollars. This limitation does not restrict rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PlumbRight Brandon and persons supporting the Site from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, false or unauthorized request information, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This section does not require indemnification for conduct that cannot lawfully be shifted to you.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law or mandatory consumer-protection law controls.

Unless applicable law requires another location, a legal proceeding concerning the Site or these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Before filing a claim, the parties are encouraged to send written notice describing the dispute and allow a reasonable opportunity to seek an informal resolution. This paragraph does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a small-claims court where eligible.

15. Changes to the Site or These Terms

The Site, features, content, service areas, phone numbers, form providers, and request-routing processes may be changed, suspended, or discontinued.

These Terms may also be revised. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means the revised Terms apply to later use, subject to applicable law.

16. General Provisions

If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and the Site operator regarding use of the Site. A separate provider agreement controls the actual plumbing work. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without written permission. The Site operator may assign these Terms in connection with a business transfer or reorganization.
